Location
In the westward direction from  Plakias, first there is nothing but the coast and some secluded hotels, until after some 1,500 meters the small bay of Souda with it's sandy beach opens.
Villa Phoenix lies above this bay by the road to the village of Sellia, with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and the Libyan Sea.
Olive groves and carob trees set the tone of the peaceful surroundings on the slope of a hill.
